Matt Zaso
Engineer
Hello! I’m Matt and I live here in San Francisco.
I started my career in front-end web development but have since worked across the entire web stack. I equally enjoy creating fluid & accessible UIs as much as I love configuring deployment and CI/CD infrastructures.
Today I work as a Tech Lead and am responsible for everything from roadmapping, project scoping & estimation to mentoring & leading/evolving process.
Some things I love doing:
- 1Leading & evolving technical process & rituals to build healthy and high performing teams.
- 2Working with PM to create roadmaps; Crafting and tracking team goals and key results
- 3Creating 60ps, accessible design systems & UI elements.
- 4Using frameworks like NextJS & Remix to build large enterprise websites.
- 5Maintaining continuous integration platform & deployments.
- 6Configuring monitors & dashboards for production observability.
